B&W photos of an EU #summit ? Is that smart?

I don’t know, but my philosophy as a photographer is this:

Photos should only contain color when these colors are a surplus to the image.

A photographer shoots looking at composition, and does that in Black and White, somewhere back in his brain.

I wish publishers would use more black and white photography to re-educate the public looking only at the compositional quality of pictures, not being distracted by colors that only distract of the subject.

But helas, color sells, allthough I did sell some great b&w images through REPORTERS at some great photo-editors with knowledge and taste. Thanks for that you editors.
